      Roasted Beijing Duck in Hongkong Style.

      You'll surprise with how they serve like that, little bit meat stuck with crispy skin at first bite you'll quite not familiar but then used to it. it's serve with 2 cook duck dish. roasted duck with sauce is yummy but the stir fried duck with garlic too dry and sticky. Dim sum are average but the little swan (fried purple potato) and cute tiger dim sum are both Instagram-able. Osmanthus tea are fragrant like you drink a bunch of flower and if you love sweet i recommend Chinese herbal tea you can feel Mildly fragrant and sweet from lots of Chinese herbal.

      Every time I stay at this hotel, I always have dinner at the Pagoda Chinese Restaurant. The atmosphere and service from the staff are excellent. The food is incredibly delicious, as always. I highly recommend trying it; everything on the menu is tasty. They also have a dim sum menu during lunchtime, which is also delicious.
